There is something wholesome about getting a group of leaders of some sort (managers, coaches, influencers, health providers, etc) together with the intention to embody more love and joy on this planet. Especially when we dive into parts where this is not the case yet, we need pioneers. We need you to lead the way in line with nature.
I am talking about restoring trust in relationships (to ourselves, our bodies, our family, friends and intimate relationships). And a way to do that is through creative energy, because we are born out of it.
In this 7-Day Free Yourself Tantra Retreat we retreat together with the power of our own medicine. Letting ourselves be guided by the purity of nature, through our own bodies that are part of nature. And we include the wisdom of a one of the strongest forces of nature: creative energy.
By choosing to bring this force out of the shadow and into the light we have the ability to build our communities in integrity, remember a deeper love in human relationships and lift each other up. Which all starts with you being in your Naked Truth!

What can you expect?
Life-force and touch as medicine
Connecting to your creative energy doesn’t mean that you need to have intimacy. It’s about learning how we can use this force, feel save in our body and direct it in a way that feels loving for yourself and others. There needs to be consent in the first place.
We explore ourselves to the level that you’re comfortable with. If you want to keep your clothes on for the whole retreat, that is perfectly ok. It's just a change to align this life-force of us with purity, joy and the way of nature.
Roos & Afke as medicine
These two women hold each strong medicine. Afke vibrates a joy in her being that is contagious by being in her presence, a gift to be around when more challenging waters are being navigated. Roos holds point for purity and purifies with her presence what does not belong on this earth. Both are very welcome when navigating creative life-force, a part of humanity that is more taboo and in the shadow. That’s not where it belongs and how we should build our communities.
Movement as medicine
Our bodies hold great wisdom; all centers (head, throat, heart, belly, sacral, base). In this retreat we will bring you into experience that allow you to move your body and free up your pathway ahead. Including your sacral center.
Emotions as medicine
E-Motions = Energy in Motion. What kind of energy? Your life-force.
Learn to Explore to listen to deep emotions and feel them. Understand how they are guiding you in the right direction.
Breath and sound as medicine
Breath is life-force. Through feeling your breath, you can connect to yourself and feel how life wants to flow through you. Or where your life-force is being blocked and invites more love into your being. If you haven’t discovered what (circular) breathing and sound can do for you. It’s time!
Gathering as medicine
How we connect to the human beings around us, is a key indicator of how healthy we are. To experience safety in our nervous system when we are in groups is fundamental. And from that fundament we can lift each other up to heights that nobody could reach on their own! You are going to experience the Art of Gathering and how we human beings can be all medicine for one and other through being true to ourself.

We will be guided by the spirit of the island & the forces of Nature - which are powerfully present on this special place. (Our) Nature is our greatest teacher.
Meet your facilitators
This retreat will be guided by Roos & Afke. They met each other on the magical island of Samothraki during their practitioners training in the Temple Arts. Both fell in love with this location and decided to create magic here together.
As facilitators they are in service of Nature & the group. Guided by the Nature of the island & guided by the Nature of the participants - as we are all part of Nature.

Afke Reijenga is a Yoga teacher, Tantric bodyworker and coach. She helps men and women to (re)connect with their erotic innocence. Her mission is one of liberation, of awakening the love that is within all of us. To break down the conditioning and letting go off the mind stories that hold us back from our true essence.
Afke is a well-known Yoga and Tantra facilitator around the world, she has been organizing Yoga, Self Love and Tantra retreats for more than 15 years.
She is a certified Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Bhakti Yoga teacher, Awaken As Love facilitator, NLP practitioner, hypnose therapist, Tantric massage therapist, Thai massage therapist, conscious connected orgasmic breath guide.
She studied Healing Tao, Sexual Kung Fu, Jade Egg, Vipassana, Vision Quest, International School of Temple and currently studies for Sex, Love and relationship coach.
As a sexual shaman, Afke will empower you to embrace your wildness by guiding you towards authentic pleasure and self-love.
About the retreat

We travel to Samothrace, Greece.
You will stay at Mariva Bungalows. The Retreat Center is managed by a traditional Greek family that is supportive to this transformational work. We picked this venue because of two reasons; the family that runs the venue ánd the extremely high-vibrational nature that surrounds it.
You can walk 100m from your hotel room to the nearest waterfall to take a refreshing swim. The water is so pure that you can drink it straight from source. In addition, a relaxing natural thermal bath is nearby. It’s very likely that you will feel the purifying effects of the Aegean sea, the untouched forest with 500 year old trees and the many cleansing waterfalls. This island is an untouched gem! -
Working with creative energy in a group ask us to be clear on how we navigate as a group. We will ask you if you can agree to a couple agreements to create a save container for all of us.
Working with life-force energy doesn’t need to be used for lovemaking only. And you don’t need to participate in anything you don’t want. You could even keep your clothes on the whole retreat if you wish.You can use creative energy for healing, detoxing, embodying more love and being true to your own nature. Feel how life wants to flow through you, instead of thinking about how you should live your life. Creative energy let us connect to our bodies, something we forgot sometimes in the western world;).

You are invited to be your own authority. That is why we practice leaning into more out of your comfort feelings and setting boundaries.
Just so you are aware, nudity is part of this retreat but undressing yourself is not a must, always a choice. Instead, we encourage you to be true to your own boundaries while participating in this retreat.There is no previous knowledge needed to participate in this retreat.
This retreat is organised to make space for more powerful emotions (guilt, shame, anger, sadness, etc) that in day-to-day life are more often suppressed and in our shadow. We do this for the purpose of allowing more love, power and truth to be embodied. A level of self-responsibility is necessary to steer trough this retreat.

TRAVEL: The airport is Alexandroupolis (for example via Athens).
START: We start on Saturday June 7 at 5.00pm.
CLOSING: The retreat ends on Friday 13 June after brunch.
The ferry schedule will be available in 2025. From then on you can book your tickets trough the link below/ at the time of arrival.
You can plan the ferry trip from Alexandroupolis to Samothraki here: fastferries.com.gr/en/. You can book extra nights before and after the retreat in Mariva Bungalows on their website as long as there is availability (www.mariva.gr) or stay somewhere else on the island.
The beauty of this island is out of this world, if you have the time, definitely come earlier or stay longer! -
